It's a vicious cycle for me. I'm completely fine all month....a Primal saint even lol.....I recently went all meat and veggies. No fruit. No dairy. It was great. Now my TOTM has hit, and I can't stop the cravings. I'm already taking glutamine...about 2000mg a day....should I up that? Any other thoughts? Thanks!
