  • Easy to make foods?

Soo ... my mom is going off on vacation for two weeks, and my dad and I are left at home ... I'm trying to think of some foods that will be fairly easy to make during these two weeks (perhaps something that can be frozen and then easily heated up?)

    Thanks for any suggestions!

Cooking is easy. Until I find the time to really delve into the culinary arts, I panfry EVERYTHING. Just put some butter or coconut oil in a pan and plop you choice of meat in there. Steak, pork, chicken...whatever. It really isn't that hard.

          Meat + fat + veggies + pan + salt pepper = tasty. 7 days a week.

Omelets when you're super lazy. Salads if you're feeling energized enough to chop stuff up. For the rest, plain meat/chicken dishes. Use different herbs/spices/sauces for different tastes.
