This is odd for me. I just really started this way of eating a little over a week ago. For the last year, I've been paying WAY more attention to the stuff I ate, and doing exercise on a regular basis, something I DESPISED before. That was before I even HEARD of Mark Sisson or PB.
However, I hadn't eliminated grains or added more nutritious fats, etc, so this is a bit new. I changed my way of eating 3 meals/day to 5 or 6, but I was always hungry by the time the next "mealtime" rolled around.
After just a little over a week of this way of eating, however, I just got through with my lunch (grilled salmon, mixed vegetables (probably Bird's Eye, it was from our cafeteria) and asparagus. I couldn't even eat HALF of it! I'm on the borderline of stuffed, and I know if you eat till stuffed it's too much.
I just had to post this, since it makes me rather happy. Not only am I eating good stuff, but I'm not eating NEAR the amount!
    Anyone else experience this phenomenon?

Just wait till you get busy and go a whole day without eating and not even notice. Life is so much easier when your body can tap into fat reserves so you aren't eating all the time...

            Awesome, isn't it?

It was girls night out last night, all you can eat ribs at a local place, and omg we all pigged. Today, I couldn't even think of eating breakfast, not even just a morning coffee. Wasn't hungry at all at lunch, so kept on going. Just had some berries and cream now, first food today other than a mid-afternoon coffee. I haven't been dizzy, hungry or craving anything all day, its just amazing.
