Hope this post isn't TMI. I really fight the effects some foods and supplememnts have on my hemmorhoids. In fact, it seems that my whole food plan is designed around them/it. There are just some foods that cause bleeding that piss me off. One of them is anything cow dairy related. For instance, I really wish I could use whey as a quick easy source of protein but it just causes too many H issues. Anybody else suffer with this limitation? And has anybody had any success with whey and hemmorhoids? Thanks.
