I'm not talking about the sugar cured ham, or the Honey baked ham. I'm referring to a Black forrest ham of some sort. I know Mark just recently posted a blog about if in a jam deli meat straight from the deli, where they cut the meat into slices is ok... but not to make this a crutch. Would this be considered the same thing? I thought about making my own ham, but can't seem to find one that isn't already covered with sugar or honey..
