As I have settled into this PB lifestyle I have noticed that I have eliminated most veggies. It wasn't a conscious decision either I just eat mostly eggs, avocados, coconut milk, chicken, chicken livers, beef, beef livers, pork, bacon, pork cracklins, butter, and coconut oil. I probably eat brussel sprouts, spinach and/or salads 3 or 4 times a week. I feel great and have gotten very lean. I have energy for my workouts as well. If I remember correctly Taubes stated that we don't need veggies as a source of nutrients. I don't dislike veggies I have just steered away from them for some reason. Has this happened to anyone else after going primal? Does anyone here see a problem with this way of eating??
