      Cliffnotes: Coffee is good for you if you drink it organic, black, freshly ground and on an empty stomach preworkout or once a day in the morning. Don't drink too much, about a cup or so a day. This can result in boosting your metabolism by 20%, regrowing neural cells in the brain, and (I think) he said something about regrowing muscle cells, too.

        What are quality coffees to drink? I usually use my keurig with Newman's Organics pods, is this quality stuff?

          Keep in mind that Mercola is, IMO, extremist. While he often has good advise, he also implies that "do it my way or die." I'd take his advise with a 5 lb box of salt. Sea salt that is...
