I was checking my vitamin/mineral intake on Chron-o-meter. The percentages are based on the US RDA, and, therefore, aren't terribly useful. I was thinking that it would be great to get all the numbers here in one place. 1,000 IUs/25 pounds of body weight is what I generally see as being recommended. What about other vitamins and mineral? How much of each should we be striving for?
