  • Already in love with my new primal cookbook

If you haven't ordered it, you must! I was looking through it last night and wanted to jump out of bed and start cooking. SO EXCITED! Thanks for the awesome cookbook.

Did you get the original or the new quick primal meals book? I am very excited for the quick PB cookbook. Most of the recipes in the original book took way too long to cook.

What are some examples of recipes in the book?? I'd like to get it if the recipes sound good.

I have the original and don't use it much because the recipes are a little too out there for me. What are some examples in this one? Any basics like meatloaf?

I got mine yesterday - trying to remember as I'm at work and it's at home - a crustless quiche, some steak recipes, a fish stew, dipping and cooking sauces, different rubs, coconut chocolate bark. It's laid out Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner, sauces, dessert type things and rubs.

I looked through it last night. It's great. Nice design, nice photos, great recipes overall. A couple of repetitive-sounding recipes, but overall, I give it an "A." I'm going to review it on my blog very soon.

Made it down to the PO today and it was there, yay! And it includes a laminated Primal Shopping List, cool! Just now getting a chance to look through it & plan a shopping trip.
