    The Myths of Losing Weight

Put down that bag of baked potato chips and listen up. Actually, that article, read on a plane, led me here. And changed me forever. I am quite happy.

And while Rd is not a great thing, it is good for quick reads and plane rides. This comes from someone who reads like crazy. I literally feel withdrawal symptoms if I have not gotten to read words by the end of the day. I need to read.

Yeah, I have that reading addiction too...I have even resorted to reading cereal boxes (pre-primal) if I didn't have a book or magazine...

I have a Kindle; actually just ordered a new one since I dropped my original one once too often. RD serves its purpose in life. It's great for non-readers. I, however, have the aforementioned reading "addiction." I used to read the shampoo bottle in the shower when I was a kid. My husband calls it a true addiction and sees me get a bit crazy when we are actively traveling and I haven't read in a while.
