    This is the 7th day of living primally. I'm down 8 lbs, i feel better than i have in a long time and i having a great time!

    My question is around bacon. i bought organic (i.e. no anti-biotics etc...) bacon and have had two pieces every morning for the last three days with my cage free eggs. Obviously, i really like this morning meal, but is there any problem with continuing to eat it, as Conventional Wisdom would suggest? Or am i good to go with my current trend?

        Depends on your goals. If your goal is to lose weight, you probably shouldn't eat a giant pile of bacon for every meal. But bacon at breakfast is great.

          I eat lots...I just drink extra water to flush the extra salt. I then cook fish with the rendered fat...MMMmmm!
