  • Do I hareducing the ave this right???

One of my goals of being primal is to lose weight, about 45 pounds. From reading here and the book and other like-minded blogs, please help me by looking to see if I have the chain of events correctly in my head.....

Reduce body fat by affecting the body's signals to store fat by....
reducing the amount of insulin coursing through my body by....
reducing the carbohydrates that I take in by...
eliminating grains and sugars (not bothering to mention the other evils of grains) ....
being able to do this by....
reducing my desire for carbs and creating saity by increasing the amount of fat that I eat...
    therefore burning fat and
therefore losing the excess body fat that I have been carrying around too long....
and not worrying about heart disease from eating too much fat, because that doesn't determine your cholesterol or body fat, therefore....
the looking fine, fabulous, and maybe even hot!

Is this the correct chain of events to get from lots of body fat to fine, fabulous, and hot?

    Thanks.

The title was supposed to be... Do I have this right?
I am not sure what happened. Hopefully the body of the message is more clear than the title.

      Looks right to me.

A simpler way to put is

      Eat meat.
      Eat some fat.
      Eat some non starchy plants
      Move around slowly a lot.
      Lift heavy things.
Run really fast once every so often.
      wash rinse repeat
      Notice your clothes are growing.
      Go buy new (smaller) clothes.
