I like a dark roast with chicory! Also just received some kona as a gift... heavenly.

I just add 2 drops of stevia and some raw cream.

There are a couple of places that carry milk/half & half/heavy cream from a local gras-fed dairy farm here in Ohio, my Whole Foods and a little shop in my farmer's market both have it. It's extra nice because it's also lightly pasteurized rather than ultra-pasteurized like most other brands. I think the Organic Valley brand is available everywhere, and it's slightly better with only cream and carrageenan.

Oh TT I know, I can even get a cow share at Findlay Market from two different farmers. I can't do milk though, or even heavy cream for that matter, because of the lactose. I get stomach cramps and my face breaks out immediately (well, within hours anyway). I bought the heavy cream to make butter with, and used a bit of the heavy cream by itself...ouchie. I can eat the butter, but any other dairy I buy (which is mainly just cheese) is for the hubs. Plus getting a cow share is super expensive!

I was able to buy raw butter once under the table...but it was $11/pound. A little too expensive for me.

I refrigerated some brand new coffee that my mom bought in order to preserve it more, only to have all ruined and flavorless haha. I didn't know you weren't supposed to do that... oh well, now I'm going to go buy her new coffee.

Hey, I love coffee too. But am wondering, should it be limited for those seeking fat loss? Does it ignite release of insulin or magnify it? Or does it help with fat burning?

My favourite thing on the weekends is to make a goats milk latte in a big bowl, with the espresso machine. I put cinnamon and cardamom in the coffee grounds and vanilla in the milk as I am frothing it. Then top it off with some grated 100% coffee. Heaven.
