1 large salmon steak
4-5 large raw White Prawns, peeled
2 T. Ghee for sauteeing
2 T. Lemon Juice
1/4 c. fresh chopped Cilantro
Salt, to taste
Saute Salmon in the Ghee until just cooked through. Remove to warmed plate. Add Prawns and Lemon Juice to pan and saute just until Prawns turn pink, about two or three minutes. Add Cilantro and salt; stir and pour over Salmon.
