I know this has been covered here and there throughout the forum, but I just wanted to chime in. After reading some experiences people have had with fruit causing cravings, I thought I'd see how I react. Sure enough, the fruit causes cravings! I didn't eat a ton of fruit either. I used to have blueberries on my salad and found that just that small handful was enough to make me craving for junk food in the afternoon. I want to thank all you guys and girls for always sharing your experiences, because it has made a real difference in my day to day!
