I started eating primal in the beginning of Sept. Around November I felt comfortable enough to IF a bit, really just skipping 'breakfast'. Around the holidays I completely fell off the wagon. I just bought the Primal Blueprint, and I’m only half way through. I saw where Mark said to only eat when you’re hungry. Seriously I can sometimes go 24 without starving! I get the hunger pangs, but nothing I couldn’t ignore for a few minutes, take a drink of coffee or water, and it would go away. My problem now, is I think I’m not eating enough. I tried to eat this morning, and I could barely get down a ½ cup of watermelon. At lunch, I tried to eat 2oz of protein and some mixed veggies, but I’m really not hungry. Have I screwed up my metabolism?!?!? I need to get some more calories, nutrition in, but don’t want to make myself sick either. Help!
