I recently posted a question about what food I could keep close at hand at night that didn't need refrigeration to take some pain meds with. I used (before PB) to use bread or crackers. The ideas I got back were good. Blueberries is what I settled on and they work fine. However, I've noticed that I go potty more now than I used to. I usually only take them around 12 a.m. and 3 a.m. Seldom during the day. Could blueberries be a diruetic?
