I usually go for a burger, minus the bun and get the side salad. Then I chop up the burger onto the salad! Depending on your level of whole 30 you can top it with ketchup and mayo like you would a burger or you can get a oil and vinegar type dressing and go that route. Add a glass of soda water and you're set!
I haven't risked it. Not a big "take out" person anyway and during whole30 I really want to be absolutely certain of what i was eating - that means cooking everything from scratch. fortunately at the moment I have time to cook 2 meals a day - of more if I prep ahead.
IF I had to - i guess I would go for an Indian and have tandoori chicken - no sauce just a spicy rub then cooked in the tandoor. Add a simple salad and a dressing as above?
