  • RE: good beginner info?

    Hi Everyone!

The father of a good friend of mine is interested in learning more about the way I eat. He has been on every diet you can think of without success and is quite obese, so I would like to send him a couple of links that are very clear and simple to describe primal and paleo eating. Yesterday someone posted a link for a paleo beginners guide - but I can't find it now.

    Any suggestions?

    Thanks!

Thanks - that is a good site. Someone here has a link for a VERY basic starter page. Maybe it was from Rob Wolfe? I'm going to search a little more, but if anyone has it I'd be grateful! Thanks!
