    I am new Paleo and transitioning. I am a competitive athlete, how much should I worry about carbs?

    Assuming you’re healthy otherwise, as in, not diabetic, etc.

    Eat as many carbs as you need to sustain your activity, just make better choices: opt for vegetables instead of processed grains. We primarily focus on tubers around here.

    Personally, I love sweet potatoes and fix them in many different but equally yummy ways. Others prefer squash, white potatoes, parsnips, etc. All quality ways to get carbs.
    I used to seriously post here, now I prefer to troll.
