what a weird article totally full of contradictions?!?

I tell my patients: If you want to live a long life, eat like a hunter-gatherer.

Our ancestors evolved to eat lots of fruit and vegetables, fibre and unrefined sugars.

We have moved a long way from that diet, and that is coming home to roost now.
yet you say cut out the meat?

So which is it Dr Martin Scurr MB , BS, MRCS, MRCP, MRCGP, FRCP ??? ( I guessing all those letters mean you have studied a lot and are pretty clever)
Fear of the unknown...They are afraid of new ideas. they are loaded with prejudices, not based upon anything in reality, but based onÖ if something is new, I reject it immediately because itís frightening to me. What they do instead is just stay with the familiar.

If you read the Mail (or the Sun, the Express, News of the World, the Mirror) then you deserve to die young anyway. Let them flock to the grains and kill off their ill-educated selves a little faster.
