10 ten days IF 16/8, I really like it. Works well for my schedule and I feel better. However (big however), no noticeable change in body fat/ waist size. Goal is to go from a 33-34 to a 30-32 and from 10-12% body fat to around 8%. I eat primal (actually low carb primal). Yes, Iíve looked at leangains. Yes, I understand about being patient, but as someone who has competed at/in elite level athletics, Iíve got a pretty good handle on whatís going on with my body and I can tell that nothing is happening on reducing the body fat. Any ideas?
