Weird, I was wondering what happened to Olestra just last night. Maybe I was channeling S.A.

I remember reading that a risk of "anal leakage" was possible in some..... not my kinda potato chips! Wait, no chips are my kind of chips!

            Oh, FFS. That's just sad.

Primal eating in a nutshell: If you are hungry, eat Primal food until you are satisfied (not stuffed). Then stop. Wait until you're hungry again. Repeat.

              HAHAHAHAHAHAHHAHAAHA.... this is super.

Olestra is/was nasty stuff. I remember my dad bought a bag of Olestra-ridden chips and I didn't know what it was, but my dad bought it and it was in the kitchen so it must be food, right? I ate a bunch and probably sat on the toilet for an hour after... like immediately after. SO BAD.

So glad it's not in food.

Eating lots but still hungry? Eat more fat. Mid-day sluggishness? Eat more fat. Feeling depressed or irritable? Eat more fat. People think you've developed an eating disorder? Eat more fat... in front of them.
