  • Marrow and Broth

I just had bone marrow for the first time - roasted the bones, and then scooped out all of the marrow I could. Now I have these bones left. Should I still make broth out of them, or did I remove all of the goodness from them when I removed the marrow?

You can still make broth with them. Likely you didn't get all of the marrow if you didn't crack the bones. *shrUg* Maybe add some coconut oil.

I would think you could still make a decent broth out of it. Just add some vinegar to the broth to really pull all the goodness left out of that bone marrow.

People say I am on a "crazy" diet. What is so crazy about eating veggies, fruits, seafood and organ meats? Just because I don't eat whole wheat and processed food doesn't make my diet "crazy". Maybe everyone else with a SAD are the "crazy" ones for putting that junk in their system.

Good call on the vinegar. It wouldn't have occurred to me to do that but you're absolutely right.
