I LOVE coconut oil and have been eating it daily since I discovered PB, but I was wondering if you folks who have been enjoying it for a long time could share how long it took your body to adjust to it. I've read several threads about how ingesting too much has a laxative effect but that you can "build up" a tolerance to it. I currently have two tablespoons a day (at breakfast) but think that's still too much for by body. How long did it take y'all to be able to tolerate that much or more? Or should I just cut back completely?
