    I bought some fresh lychees yesterday at the market. I love them!

    But - according to FitDay, they contain virtually nothing n the way of minerals or vitamins. A google search found they were very high in copper, potassium, vitamin C, polyphenols, and are highly nutritious. So - which am I to believe? !
