Has anyone who is lactose intolerant tried or succeeded at making yogurt at home with things like cashew milk or coconut milk without any added sugars (and low carb)? Coconut milk yogurt in the store is full of sugar and carbs. I cut soy products and soy yogurt out when I went primal. One serving was 22g carbs not to mention I have learned that processed soy products are not good for you at all. If so, would anyone please share their recipe? : ) I have tried full fat Greek yogurt and LOVE it but it bothers me a lot still because of the dairy.
