  • Dark chocolate or berries and cream?

Or berries and coconut milk? Which is better, primally speaking?

Probably berries and coconut milk. I eat all three though And berries with coconut milk and some shaved dark chocolate is divine.

I'd say both are good, since the amount of sugar would be similar in both. Both taste great as well. How about melting the dark chocolate over the berries and cream!

I eat berries with almond milk, then throw in a handful of large flake unsweetened coconut flakes. Cinnamon, too. The coconut has a nice satisfying crunch to it. If I use frozen berries it takes on a consistency almost like a frozen yogurt...

When you guys refer to berries and cream do you mean full fat sour cream? Or the cream you put in your coffee? Or whipping cream? Thanks .

I would assume it is heavy cream or heavy whipping cream (I've seen it called both), which coincidentally is the cream I put in my coffee.

I rediscovered almond butter (from the almond crushing machine in Whole Foods) and rediscovered that almond butter and 85% chocolate with a glass of whole milk is pretty awesome. Just wanted to add that.

I cant quite stomach heavy cream so for me it is berries and halfnhalf or berries and coconut milk and ALWAYS chocolate.

When berries are in season in my part of the world, I love a handful of strawberries and a square or two of dark chocolate. That's primal in my book.

I made some chocolate ganache with 100% chocolate and some heavy whipping cream yesterday. It was delish. Only a spoonful was more than enough to satisfy, and now I have oodles sitting in the fridge. I got to decide what to do with the rest of it. Perhaps I should go buy some strawberries...
