  • Primal/Paleo Recipes

I plan on getting the Primal Blueprint in the next month or 2 but in the meantime, I'm looking for some primal/paleo recipe blogs that any of you would recommend. I'm having trouble coming up with recipes right now and need some new ideas. If any of you have some blogs that you recommend, I would greatly appreciate it.

I don't have any blogs to link you too off the top of my head but there is a website called that has a bunch of recipes, there is the E-cookbook on here (as well as browse the forum, especially the 'food porn' and the 'what didi you have for DINNER' threads) and I have had really good luck doing a google search for 'paleo X recipe' or 'primal X recipe'.

I second googling. Figure out what you cannot live without then google it with the word paleo in front. "Paleo" usually turns up more results than "primal" IMO.

        self promoting here

All my recipes are grain, legume, sweetener (natural or artificial), and white potato free. Many don't have dairy, some do.

          Hey there!

Here are the ones I've used in the past:

I'm also debating putting up recipes on my own blog (link in signature, if you're interested) after people seemed intrigued by what I made for dinner about a week back.

          Hope this helps!

Thanks everyone. Checking the blogs out right now. I'm at the point where eating the same food over and over and over again is killing me so hopefully these will help.

I haven't used most these, but everydaypaleo is awesome and primal-palate is also. They have lots of recipes in the recipe thread.

I'm not sure if you have seen it, but there is a recipes section on this forum

Using low lectin/nightshade free primal to control autoimmune arthritis. (And lost 50 lbs along the way )
