  • Menu plan for the week. What are you having for dinner this week?

    I'm feeling super organized this week so I planned a week's worth of dinner menu.

    Sunday: Thai Beef Salad
    Monday: Red Curry with beef and cauliflower "rice"
    Tuesday: Sage and Pork Chops with salad
    Wednesday: Curried Lamb Burgers and roasted broccoli
    Thursday: Rump steak and salad
    Friday: Shrimp fried cauliflower "rice"
    Saturday: Take Away- I'm planning a venison burger (hold the bun)

    What are you having for dinner this week?

    Sunday- rib eye and pure beef fat
    Monday- rib eye
    Tuesday- whole duck
    Wednesday- salmon
    Thursday- New York strip and pure beef fat
    Friday- rib eye
    Saturday- goat and pure beef fat

    I eat ZC.

      I am single and live alone, so I only plan three meals per week. (And intersperse the leftovers throughout the rest of the week.)

      This week:
      Tom Kha Gai (Thai chicken soup) -- making this this afternoon -- got the recipe either from here or a paleo blog
      Grilled "Tandoori" Chicken and F'rice (Paleo fried "rice") -- got the recipe from thedressmakesthegirl Paleo blog
      Shrimp and Squash Vindaloo

        Well, I have all but one day planned. Maybe I'll get an idea for the last one from this thread!

        Sun: Beef shanks from the PB cookbook, broccoli
        Mon: Chili
        Tues: ?
        Wed: Ham steak, wilted spinach w/ bacon
        Thurs: Chili
        Fri: One of the burgers from the thread in the recipes section, baked sweet potato
        Sat: Sausage, tomato sauce, spaghetti squash
