              My staples are:
              Romaine/leaf lettuce/spinach
              Avocado
              Sliced red onion
              Sunflower seeds

I often add some type of cheese as well. Feta, parmesean, monterey jack, or cheddar.

shredded cabbages, rather than lettuce (particularly fond of Napa)
spinach or arugula -- if there is any laying around
cucumber -- fond of the Persian cucs from Trader Joe's
                      celery
                      diced red onion
                      carrots
                      dill pickles
daikon -- Japanese radish (mild, white)
                      avocado
                      dried cranberries (no sugar)
nuts* (but not since Jan. 1 -- I am a nut-free zone for 30 days)
protein: diced chicken or ham or pouched salmon or hard-boiled eggs

I am nightshade-free, so cherry tomatoes and yellow bell pepper days are a thing of the past

I despise uncooked celery with a passion, which is why it's not in mine.
