First off, I'm not a big fruit eater as I've never really liked fruit, but I'm beginning to think I need to start eating some fruit to keep myself out of ketosis. I've been in ketsosis I believe the last couple of days as my breath stank and I know a slower weight loss is better for you than a fast one. What are some good ways to help me get more good carbs in so that I still lose but not throw myself into ketosis all the time. I do understand that ketosis is good periodically, just not all the time. Also, I am noticing that I am getting fuller faster. Oh, I forgot to mention that I am insulin resistance and my husband who is doing this with me is a diabetic. Any advice would be greatly appreciated.
