So, I guess this is what they call the "low carb flu," but I am two weeks in and just now getting awful dull headaches. They are making me very stabby. I switched from drinking 1 fruit juice smoothie per day the first week to a blueberry and coconut milk smoothie the past few days (comes to maybe 30 carbs). That's when I noticed the headaches kick in. I have been keeping the carbs under 50grams. Should I ditch the daily smoothie until the headaches go away? Please help! I was feeling so happy, now I'm very snappish!
