Haven't you read the book or the blog?
        1. Brown rice/rice bran: Grain--phytotoxins
        2. Safflower oil - Poly-unsaturated (easily turned into a trans-fat by heat) high in Omega 6.
        3. From Wiki:
Xanthan gum (which is highly processed) may be derived from a variety of source products that are themselves common allergens, such as corn, wheat, or soy.

Definitely not primal since rice is a grain. And the polyunsaturated fats are definitely not ideal. This is more for people who don't follow primal/paleo but still want to eat a bread that would trigger their gluten sensitivities.

People say I am on a "crazy" diet. What is so crazy about eating veggies, fruits, seafood and organ meats? Just because I don't eat whole wheat and processed food doesn't make my diet "crazy". Maybe everyone else with a SAD are the "crazy" ones for putting that junk in their system.
