I just watched that movie. Has anyone else seen that? It basically supports everything Primal. I had been questioning the blood work numbers and his improved. Wow. Why have we been lied to all these years? I'm kind of pissed.

I watched it last week. I loved Part II (where he debunks the Lipid Hypothosis), but Part I felt more like a Libertarian Rant more than anything...

I think Spurlock ("Supersize Me") probably deserved to have the air let out of his argument--but this felt overdone...

Trivia: A lot of it looked like it was shot in the town where I live! Tom and I must be neighbors!
      Vegan from 1993 until Oct 16, 2010. "D'oh!!"

I bought the DvD off of Amazon for less than $10 US. It was a great way of debunking a lot of CW and what the documentary Supersize Me taught us. It is not completely Primal/Paleo because his choice of foods was low quality from fast food restaurants. Eating fast foods in moderation and when you are in a fix may be okay but eating it long term is not too good. I think he discussed that part in the documentary. Whenever I travel and there is nothing to eat on the road I wll occassionally drop into an In'N'Out burger and order a 2x2 protein style (2 burger patties, 2 pieces of cheese wrapped in lettuce and no bun).

People say I am on a "crazy" diet. What is so crazy about eating veggies, fruits, seafood and organ meats? Just because I don't eat whole wheat and processed food doesn't make my diet "crazy". Maybe everyone else with a SAD are the "crazy" ones for putting that junk in their system.

                  Great movie!

Libertarian rants are great, because libertarianism is right! lol
