    That's hitting a little too close to home. I had to be in bed by 8:00pm last night so I could wake up at 4:15am and have FUN FUN FUN at bootcamp this morning!

      Wonderful video. Wonderful message. I feel fine and refreshed. Haven't had anything to laugh at all day and that is like having the plague for me. Thanks for setting things right.

            @Dragonmamma bootcamp sounds better than all that running, biking and swimming though!

              Goal - 136 pounds - 30% body fat
              Still need to lose 6.4 more pounds of body fat and gain 4.2 more pounds of lean mass

                Too true, heh. I can't imagine many things I would hate more than having to get up at 4 to ride a bike. But different strokes for different folks?
