    Oatmeal, bread, pasta, potatoes, beans, barley, rice, potato chips, wheat cereal, etc.

    Not sure what the "diet" part is, sounds like what most people eat every day, scary.

    Yeah, I used to eat that type of stuff every day, which is why I got up to 45%+ body fat. Go figure.

      Only things I'd pick off of that list would be sweet potatoes and bananas, mmm. I used to love corn tortillas, but I have no interest in them now.
