Just curious...how old is "the boy"?

Looks pretty darn good to me. Let's see...I'd also have ground beef, salsa, onions, and sweet potatoes in there. You might want to try making your own "hash" out of ground meat, taters, onions and spices. The boy just might like it better than canned corn beef hash.

I always hated Saturday dinner when I was a kid, because that was corned beef hash night with fried eggs on top. I hated that stuff! I would eat the egg and smear the hash around on my plate.

Dragon mama: we have 1/8 cow in our freezer, we have salsa and onions. I forgot sweets.

      Oh...the boy is fourteen.

        Things for me:
        4 granny smith apples
        3 cans of coconut milk

        Things for my mom:
A few lbs of walnuts, almonds, hazel nuts, pecans and brazil nuts, unshelled. (I'd say they were for me, too, but I'm trying not to eat too many nuts)
        White beans (Ew)
        Midol

Not a critique, but I pictured hotdogs nibbling on grass when I read this.

Yeah - I got a chuckle, too. I was thinking, "Wow, never thought to feed my hotdogs grass." Thanks for the chuckle...

Guy behind me in line asked if he could just tuck his items at the end of my stack. When I declined, he asked if he could come for dinner.

Went to Whole Foods earlier, just to get a few things. I bought two pounds bacon, coconut oil, and a pound of almond butter. I found this mildly embarrassing.
