I am scared because I read all these things on this site and they all seem good, and I 100% agree with the exercise portion... but while the nutrition info is very convincing. I'm still scared. I haven't gone all the way, or even kinda far primal at all, but I've been dabbling. Slowly. At least attempting to trim down on grains if nothing else (though still not hardcore about it)... but anyway, I'm on board with the low grains thing, that makes sense though it's hard. Cutting out sugars is a no brainer. What scares me is the fats bit.

I couldn't help but think, damn, what if he is wrong and I am straight up clogging up my arteries... and it's hard to know because all different people say all different kinds of things, and how do I know who to believe is right?
