I have just been given a bottle of cobb nut oil (like hazelnut, filbert) and it tastes DIVINE! But - is it high in omega 6? I'm going to use it whatever, on vegetables, but if it is too high in O6 I shall only use it when I am eating fish. Any other nutritional benefits to it? Minerals? Vitamins? It can't taste this good and not confer benefits, I'm sure!
