Coconut Oil Energy Ball Thingys - Get some coconut oil, mix in some almond meal, add some whey protein, few dark chocolate bits and some cinnamon if you like. Scrunch up into a ball and freeze. Tastes great, and bloody hell what an energy boost.
Jerky. They greatest thing ever ever.(yes that is two ever's)
Teh husband snacks on dried fruit (apricots, cherries) and nuts. I used to snack, but stopped. I tended to like carby snacks before I went primal and I noticed that snacking would derail me more often than it helped.
I like to snack! I also like snacks as my meals, so I have a lot of them:
celery with almond butter
heavy cream or coconut milk over berries
almond butter or raw aged cheddar and tree fruits (apples, pears)
mashed squash with heavy cream, butter and spices
savory pumpkin flan
cured sausages and meats
