Or should I just count carbs?
This is how I'm roughly breaking down my calories throughout the day:
5:30am - 500
9:00am - 250
5:00pm - 500
8:00pm - 250
That's 1750 altogether, but I'm bound to overeat. I'm not fat but I'm trying to lose a few more pounds in order to show my abs. Do my calories look good?
And the big question is: if I restrict carbs (-100 grams), will an excess amount of fats make me gain weight?
