Does anyone have any thoughts about the two? I know this blog is mainly geared towards a primal lifestyle but I'd love to get some feedback. I've been doing a lot of research on paleo, especially over at the whole9 and read a lot of back articles/blogs about people doing strict 30 day paleo challenges. Part of me is thinking it might be really good to do a 30 day paleo challenge and really see some awesome results to put myself in the right frame of mind. Part of me also fears it though because little things such as dairy (full fat cheese, greek yogurt) are some foods that make living primal doable for me. Any suggestions or ideas?

Paleo vs. Primal
