  • Just wondering..

    I generally have at least one serving of fish a day ( sardines, oysters, cod ) besides grass fed meats. Do I still need to supplement with fish oils??

    Doesnt sound like that atleast, but hard to know without knowing what oils you uses, how much nuts, pork and eggs and all other stuffs that countain lots of omega 6. Get http://cron-o-meter.en.softonic.com/ There you can track your foods omega 3 and omega 6 and see if your having enough omega 3s or not

      I still would, there's so much O-6 in everything else that it probably wouldn't hurt.
