I have the primal blueprint and am using daily fit to monitor my carbs and have successfully lost 10 pounds, over the last 3 months, mostly from my abdomen. My question is how to avoid ketosis. I have recently experienced the bad breath, poor sleep and shallow quick respiration with excessive thirst. This happened when my carb intake was between 50 to 150 daily. Does one have to keep the carb. level above 150 to avoid these nasty side effects? I would like to be able to continue on the pb without any side effects.
