Ooops how could I have forgotten! I did eat breakfast today at 9:30 am, that was my last meal. I had 2 eggs, some bacon and a carrot. Very filling. I'm planning to make tomorrow's breakfast my next meal, making it 24 hours.

I'm not hungry, I just want some coffee.. what do you think? Will it affect my fasting?

      Raphael,

I don't know about you, but I actually was going to make some coffee a little earlier, and then thought better of it. As I opened the bag, I had a sudden feeling that it would just kill my stomach...so I made some green tea instead.

Of course your mileage may vary, but I think the general consensus on this forum has been that coffee is not so great when you are fasting. See what works for you, though. Maybe just open the bag and sniff...if it smells good to you then maybe try a little. Let me know ;-)

Smells DELICIOUS! I just had my third cup today after I started getting hungry... it really helps keeping me feeling "full". I thought of making green tea but I knew it just wouldn't satisfy me. No more today though, or else I won't sleep.

          Cool!

Glad that worked out for you...everybody's body is a little different, and you are the only expert at being YOU.

Keep checking back, I'll be around.

            ***Oh, Dude!!!***

I just realized that I had a big bowl of Primal Chicken Jalfrezi in the freezer.

Gonna have that with some Cauliflower "Rice" in about 3 hours and 46 minutes. I can do this.

                Thanks, Raphael.

What are you going to have for breakfast tomorrow? Or is it too soon to think about that?

                  21-hour update:

Still lots of energy; even after my walk.

Cleaned my kitchen, swept my floors, painted my toenails pink ;-)

This is WAY better than the old Master Cleanse days (why did I do that, again???).

But dinner is going to taste really, REALLY good later.

I think I'm gonna have some scrambled eggs, cabbage and bacon bits. Not sure yet though!

edit: I'm thinking of having some good old oats... I miss them!

Good for you Kuno (can I call you that?) I thought of you today - I made Biriyani this afternoon, was inspired by Mark's Moroccan Chicken. I made beef curry and mixed it with pulsed cauliflower and garnished it with fried onion, cashews and raisins and covered it in foil and baked in the oven at 375 for 1/2 hour and baked it uncovered for about 20 minutes. It tasted great and then this evening I visited a friend and had non-primal Biriyani. I had just a little bit of rice, not much. By the way you can make a Jalfrezi-Biriyani with what you have by baking the cauliflower and the Jalfrezi together.

Raphael, eat the eggs and bacon and stay away from the oats - you're doing well!

                                Maba,

Thanks SO much! You have made Biriyani HISTORY :-D

Never would have thought it possible...but yet you did it.

Turns out "somebody" ate all the chicken pieces out of the sauce I ended up having for dinner tonight. But it was still excellent and chicken-y, because a lot of the chicken had melted off the bone. And I had it with YOUR Cauliflower Pilao (?) recipe, so it was awesome.

Just to show him I'm not mad at him (he's hiding in the other room right now), I'm going to make your Biriyani tomorrow for dinner.

<He's coming out to say, hi...sheepishly>

Oh, and also snuggle up to the Boy. He's had a really long day, while I was home....

Life is so much better this way, isn't it?
