Homemade chicken soup, made with the broth that simmers in the slow cooker for 24 hours. So good (even without noodles) you won't want to get better

Zone diet on and off for several years....worked, but too much focus on exact meal composition

yup. crazy, right? but seriously, just the broth with a bit of the chicken used to make it is amazingly flavorful and soothing.
this reminds me, i need to make some soon, and freeze for later

Baked spaghetti squash topped with coconut milk, chopped toasted nuts, and cinnamon. Yummy as oatmeal and so much more healthful.

Skirt steak salad with lettuce, spinach, onions, cherry tomatoes, olives drizzled with balsamic vinegar and extra virgin olive oil. Wash it down with lavazza espresso or a glass of bordeaux or Merlot. Chunk of 90% dark chocolate.

Chilli or other stuff with ground beef and veggies made in a pot and left to simmer.. Also fruit mush thingy... Throw some berries and skinned+sliced apples/pears into a pot with a little water so it doesnt burn and then mush it after 40 minutes. Served warm with some cinammon and cream is delish.
