Zone diet on and off for several years....worked, but too much focus on exact meal composition
Primal since July 2010...skinniest I've ever been and the least stressed about food

There is not a vegetable I've tried that I don't like.

I've always disliked cauliflower, but oddly enough I really love broccoli.

Leafy greens! It's not that I don't like them, I just wish I could make myself eat more.

I like every vegetable I have tried except for cucumber. He gets picked last in the gym class in my GI tract.

Artichokes. I guess they're ok if someone else makes them, but I don't like cooking them.

The two I USED to have were eggplant and parsnips.
Then I had good fresh organic ones from the Farmer's Market.

                        Cauliflower and eggplant.

Baby if you time travel back far enough you can avoid that work because the dust won't be there. You're too pretty to be working that hard.

Hmmm - ok, nigagori (Bitter melon), supermarket tomatoes, turnips are just ok, beets (ok once in a blue moon). Not too much really. I like veggies, just not as much as meat.
