I went out this evening and had for an appetizer grilled calamari in butter then for the main dish baked chicken with roasted red peppers,grilled onions and some kind of cheese over top with fresh string beans in place of the rice that was on the menue. Then I stopped down the street at a little specialty store and bought some kind of artisan cheese and some smoked proschiotto (ok, I know I f@#$%ed the spelling of that word up!) came home, ate the wine and cheese and meat with a glass of merlot wine... perfect!! This is just one of the reasons I find eating this way so easy and I just luv luv luv it!
