    Great debunking of Ancel Keys and all his ilk, including the diet-heart hypothesis. Worth both a read and a forward.
    Primal eating in a nutshell: If you are hungry, eat Primal food until you are satisfied (not stuffed). Then stop. Wait until you're hungry again. Repeat.

                thanks, I love when media articles are well researched and include citations of multiple scholarly articles. Makes it so much easier to defend to fellow grad students and other established-science types (many of whom are "too busy" to read Taubes)
